Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing customer enquiries, and following up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction throughout their service experience. Hours - 45
Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding service appointments and aftersales enquiries
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow in the service department
- Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to provide timely updates and information to customers
- Proactively seek customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in promoting aftersales initiatives to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to aftersales service
- Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role within the automotive sector
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- A valid driver's licence is essential
