FP&A Analyst

We are now looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) to join our US office.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
• Produce routine reports that include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the organization.
• Assist with maintenance of current financial management solution and development of future platform.
• Ad-hoc reporting and support of special projects or requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
• 2-4 years of general finance experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior levels of management.
• Ambitious, assertive, self-motivated and conscientious.
• Ability to adapt to change and operate in a dynamic organization, while also managing competing priorities.
• Comfortable and effective in challenging business assumptions in a constructive manner.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Office suite needed (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint applications).
