We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to own and elevate our brand, bringing strategy and hands-on delivery together in a role that genuinely influences business growth.

At CIP Constructions, you will lead all brand and marketing activity across the business – shaping how we show up in the market, supporting new business opportunities and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution across every touchpoint.

About The Role

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will:

  • Lead and deliver the company’s brand and marketing strategy
  • Strengthen brand presence and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website, social media and campaigns
  • Partner closely with Business Development to support bids and growth opportunities
  • Develop and govern brand guidelines
  • Manage marketing budgets and external suppliers
  • Oversee content, design, and production of marketing materials
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Support internal and external communications in line with brand and tone of voice

About You

You are a confident, proactive marketing professional who enjoys working at both strategic and execution levels and bring:

  • Proven experience in a Brand and/or Marketing Manager role (construction preferred)
  • Strong brand management and digital marketing capability
  • A practical, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, commercially focused environments
  • A passion for producing high‑quality, on‑brand work
