Job Description

You will lead the transition from a bootstrapped £2M+ ARR success to a venture-backed market leader. As the first commercial leader, you'll drive the full sales cycle for the world's first autonomous technology deployment platform, automating the manual, consultant-heavy roll-outs that currently plague global infrastructure projects and large-scale construction enterprises.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from cold outbound prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals worth £500k+.

  • Partner directly with founders to architect the go-to-market motion, pricing, and product positioning for the next phase of scale.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of winning complex, high-value contracts (£500K+) within heavy industry, infrastructure, or technical professional services.
  • Experience as a "builder" who has opened new markets or grown commercial practices from scratch without an established brand or playbook.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate technical AI visions to C-suite stakeholders and navigate the gap between innovation teams and CFO sign-off.
