Redwood City, California | Hybrid

Up to $212,000 base salary + cash incentive plan


A growing lifestyle brand is seeking a senior strategic partnerships professional to build and scale high-impact national partnerships across hospitality, retail, restaurant groups, and experiential venues.


This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in a business development environment, enjoys opening doors at enterprise level, and can build long-term commercial partnerships from strategy and outreach through to execution and optimization.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company growth goals across retail, hospitality, food & beverage, and experiential venues

• Identify, pitch, and secure national and multi-location partnerships that drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition

• Own partnerships end-to-end, including prospecting, negotiations, contracting, launch, performance tracking, and renewals

• Create scalable partnership frameworks, playbooks, and processes

• Track performance metrics and ROI, continuously refining partnership offerings based on results and insights

• Stay ahead of trends within seasonal décor, experiential retail, hospitality, and brand collaborations

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, creative, and leadership teams


What you’ll bring:

• 15+ years of experience within business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial strategy

• Proven success building and scaling enterprise or multi-location partnerships

• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex stakeholder agreements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior executives

• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive deals through to completion
