Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns Document interactions, feedback, and issues in the company's support system Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

Qualifications
