Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth and now counts over 500 employees throughout Europe.
We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major multi-brand and specialized retailers, and through retail, via our corners in leading department stores.
In concrete terms, this means that if you purchase children’s apparel (0–7 years for Nike, 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has gone through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Hilversum.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own Operational Excellence
- Lead key seasonal operational processes including product catalogues, edited offers, order entry, and MMX creation - ensuring accurate and timely execution across DTC channels.
- Own weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reporting. Translate data into clear insights and hindsight, bringing visibility to performance and enabling better decision-making across teams.
- Support in-season trade across dedicated DTC channels. Identify risks and opportunities, and help drive actions that optimize sales and inventory health.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to support sell-in processes - ensuring plans are grounded in data, performance, and consumer demand.
- Act as the operational bridge between Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Nike Direct (including partners), and HBE. Ensure strong alignment between commercial plans and execution realities.
- Work closely with HBE merchandising teams to identify white spaces, product opportunities, and risks - supporting the creation of consumer-right assortments.
- Contribute to DTC sales forecasting and planning processes through tools such as SF and LRSF - helping improve accuracy and business outcomes.
- Jordan, ACG, Nike, and Converse brands across DTC channels
- Primary focus on Partner accounts and Converse brand.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in sales, planning, or DTC/retail environments
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics and consumer-led business models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
