About The Role
The Enterprise Operations Manager is responsible in leading the Enterprise Operations to ensure seamless onboarding, payroll disbursement, settlement readiness, and enterprise client servicing. Drive operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance while enabling scalable processes and supporting product expansion.
Enterprise Operations Management (BAU)
Oversee end-to-end enterprise operations, including:
- Oversee end-to-end enterprise workflows: client onboarding, account tagging, payroll & incentive disbursement, settlement monitoring, and reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls across all processes
- Manage cheque collection and pre-funding requirements
- Oversee payroll data consolidation, reconciliation, and service fee processing
- Ensure alignment between payroll, settlements, and financial records
- Produce accurate operational and management reports
- Standardize and continuously improve SOPs across enterprise workflows
- Identify automation opportunities in payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting
- Improve turnaround times and reduce manual errors through process optimization
- Ensure operational readiness for new product launches (SOPs, UAT, go-live support)
- Partner with Product and Tech on enhancements impacting enterprise operations
- Act as the primary operations contact for enterprise clients and business units
- Manage coordination across internal teams (Finance, Product, Tech, Sales)
- Handle escalations such as urgent fund adjustments, reversals, and manual settlements
- Support internal and external audits with complete documentation and walkthroughs
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise Operations team
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members
- Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and strong execution culture
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Experience in payments, payroll operations, enterprise servicing, or banking operations
- Strong background in reconciliation, settlements, and financial operations
- Experience managing enterprise clients or B2B operations is highly preferred
- Proven cross-functional stakeholder and project management experience
- Strong understanding of payments, payroll, and settlement operations
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage complex, high-volume operational processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage critical timelines
- Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
- Leadership capability to build and scale teams
