That’s what drives us! - You’ll be the first and most important point of contact for our customers after our sales team closes a deal - Onboarding new customers via online meetings is one of your main responsibilities - You provide excellent support to new and existing customers, successfully maintaining a retention rate of over 75% - Whether a customer doesn’t fill out their profile properly, fails to log in, or doesn’t interact enough with buyers on the platform: You’re there to help! What sets you apart ​ - You are characterized by a strong service mindset and high empathy for customers - You are outgoing, enjoy talking on the phone and participating in online meetings, and communication is your greatest talent - You have experience with customer support, customer communication, and a good sense for numbers - Excellent German skills are mandatory; very good English skills are important - What we expect: digital affinity, good MS Office skills; nice to have: experience with a CRM system.
