We’re hiring a high-level Customer Success Manager to own client relationships, oversee outbound campaigns, and manage inbox managers to ensure execution is tight and results-driven. We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and performance-focused
This is not an entry-level role. You must have prior experience managing clients and running outbound systems.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Managing client communication and expectations
• Setting up and launching outbound campaigns (cold email / LinkedIn / etc.)
• Overseeing inbox managers and ensuring proper follow-up
• Tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
• Reporting results clearly and professionally
• Proactively solving problems before they escalate
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role
• Experience with setting up outbound campaigns is a must (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
• Strong leadership and oversight skills
• Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball

The role is 100% remote, on the US market, and operates 9-6pm EST.
