Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist role located in Bend, OR. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, administering payroll systems, managing employee deductions such as garnishments, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and delivering high-quality payroll services. The role requires timely and accurate execution of payroll tasks while providing excellent support to employees.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
• Experience managing Garnishments and other employee deductions
• Understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements
• Ability to deliver accurate and reliable Payroll Services
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with payroll systems and related software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset
