At Uniify, we’re on a mission to simplify onboarding and compliance for financial institutions. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team.

A key team member of Uniify’s Tech team

As a Full Stack Developer at Uniify, you’ll work across our entire stack from backend services to frontend experiences helping shape new features, improve existing ones, and ensure performance and scalability as we expand.

You’ll Join a Small Tight-knit Team Of

• Our CTO
• 1 backend developer (Laravel)
• 2 full stack developers (One with DevOps)
• 2 frontend developers (React)
• QA Engineer
• Solutions Architect

We collaborate closely, review each other’s code, and take pride in building high-quality software that customers love.

Our tech stack

• Backend: Node, Postgres, PHP (Laravel)
• Frontend: React + our own internal component library (TailwindCSS)
• Infrastructure: AWS with most services managed through Terraform as Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Other tools: Notion for documentation, Linear for Issue Management and Sentry for Observability

A little bit about the things you’ll be doing:

• Help shape and drive the team’s technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Design, build and maintain end-to-end product features using Laravel and React
• Influence architectural decisions across systems and teams to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Own projects from start to finish - from technical design and implementation to deployment and iteration
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to navigate complex challenges and deliver value to customers
• Mentor and support fellow engineers, fostering a culture of feedback, learning and continuous improvement
• Take part in DevOps practices, ensuring smooth CI/CD and reliable infrastructure
• Improve performance by profiling and tweaking virtualized list rendering

We’ll be a match made in Fintech heaven if…

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack or backend-focused developer with strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and React
• Experience with AWS and Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and best practices for maintainable code
• A collaborative mindset - you enjoy code reviews, sharing knowledge, and learning from peers.
