A growing community-focused bank is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead daily branch operations, coach frontline staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role partners closely with branch leadership to support team performance, operational excellence, and relationship-focused banking.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support tellers and branch staff
- Coach employees on customer service and banking products
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and operational procedures
- Resolve complex customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support branch sales goals and overall branch success
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of banking, branch operations, or customer service leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coaching and motivating teams
- Knowledge of retail banking operations and customer service best practices
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and banking systems
