Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Litigation Paralegal based in Lakewood, NJ. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in managing personal injury litigation cases. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, reviewing case-related materials, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Additionally, the role may involve working with experts, investigators, and claims professionals to support case strategy and management.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Strong ability in Legal Research
  • Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
  • Relevant experience in personal injury law is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite is an asset
