Dean of Students

Qualifications: 1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Valid NH certification for the position is required.
• Three or more years experience in public education
• Such other criteria as the School Board may find appropriate

Job Goal: To establish and implement a humanistic approach to student discipline, to supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, and to assist in the daily operation of the school.

Performance Responsibilities

• To implement school and district policy, rules and regulations for teachers, students, and parents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Implement student attendance procedures for those groups of students assigned.
• Administer and evaluate the discipline procedures of the school with special responsibility for those areas and students assigned.
• Observe teachers in the classrooms and complete appropriate reports.
• Attend regularly scheduled administrative meetings.
• Supervise and evaluate support staff.
• All other tasks assigned by the building principal.

Terms of Employment: 12-month year
