We are currently seeking a Back Office Coordinator for the Finance Department
The role includes:
- Issuing tax invoices and allocating incoming payments to customer accounts
- Liaising with clients’ accounting departments for clarifications and inquiries
- Managing and maintaining client contact information
- Monitoring and updating partners and clients regarding account balances and payment
- Bookkeeping certification (Levels 1+2)- an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, service orientation, and reliability
- Availability for a full-time position in Tel Aviv
