Our client is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives. This senior-level role blends technical project delivery, Agile leadership, and business analysis, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

You will own delivery outcomes end to end—translating strategy into execution, aligning teams around shared priorities, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment. This role requires strong judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to thrive amid ambiguity while driving continuous improvement at scale.

𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Business teams

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and accountability

• Provide consistent visibility into delivery status, risks, trade-offs, and priorities for stakeholders and leadership

• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, blockers, and execution challenges

• Manage interim or phased solutions during longer-term platform or product enhancements to minimize rework and misalignment

𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Partner closely with Engineering teams to monitor sprint health, velocity trends, carryover, and delivery predictability

• Identify systemic delivery issues (e.g., recurring carryover, QA bottlenecks, mid-sprint scope changes) and drive root cause resolution

• Track and report delivery metrics such as sprint completion, cycle time, defect rates, PR responsiveness, and release timeliness

• Protect sprint integrity by coordinating unplanned work, production issues, and urgent requests without disrupting committed scope

• Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity, delivery discipline, and execution consistency

• Own and continuously optimize Jira workflows, boards, and reporting

• Enable rapid reprioritization during high-impact issues while maintaining long-term delivery momentum

𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements

• Translate ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable documentation for engineering teams

• Author and maintain user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and RACI frameworks

• Act as the single source of truth for scope, requirements, and delivery intent

• Manage scope changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment prior to development

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows and drive standardization to improve scalability and execution

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Serve as the primary liaison between Product strategy and Engineering execution

• Align teams on priorities, scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery expectations

• Ensure shared understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics

• Coordinate across teams to remove blockers and maintain forward progress

• Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain centralized, accessible documentation for projects, processes, and operating procedures

• Establish and enforce a single source of truth for delivery artifacts and decisions

• Facilitate meetings and ensure clear documentation of outcomes, action items, and follow-ups

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 & 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Act as a trusted partner to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership

• Present delivery status, risks, and dependencies with clarity and executive-level framing

• Synthesize complex technical and operational information into concise, decision-ready communications

• Coordinate vendor evaluation and delivery workstreams alongside Product and Engineering leadership

• Manage external vendor relationships to ensure contractual, operational, and quality expectations are met

• Coordinate delivery across distributed teams in the U.S. and India, leveraging strong asynchronous communication and shared accountability

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• 8–10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis roles

• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of all Agile ceremonies

• Deep, hands-on experience with Jira and workflow management tools

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives from concept through delivery across multiple workstreams

• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and scope management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences

• Experience presenting delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to senior and executive leadership

• Experience coordinating work across distributed teams and multiple time zones

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Experience in media, broadcasting, streaming, or content-driven digital platforms

• Background working in pod-based or platform team engineering models

• Strong experience with delivery metrics, reporting, and execution analytics

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery practices

• Experience managing third-party vendors and external delivery commitments

• Exposure to AI-accelerated development workflows and their impact on capacity planning and delivery forecasting

• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

• Experience working with onshore/offshore team models across U.S. and India time zones

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMP
