Manager Strategic Partnerships

We are supporting a global financial services business that is currently investing heavily into expanding its US partnerships footprint and relationship management team.

This role focuses on building and growing strategic referral and commercial partner relationships across sectors such as:

• Wealth and professional services,
• International mobility and relocation,
• Luxury and lifestyle services,
• Real estate and investor ecosystems,
• Other relationship-led professional networks.

This is not a traditional corporate sales role. The position is highly relationship-driven and suited to someone who enjoys networking, building long-term partnerships and creating commercial opportunities in a more entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop new referral and strategic partner relationships,
• Identify commercial partnership opportunities across target sectors,
• Attend meetings, networking events and industry gatherings,
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships,
• Work closely with internal commercial and relationship management teams,
• Help drive new business growth through partner ecosystems and introductions,
• Manage partnership activity and pipeline through CRM systems.

Ideal background:

• Experience in partnerships, business development, relationship management or commercial growth roles,
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
• Comfortable with outbound networking and partner engagement,
• Commercially minded and self-driven,
• Able to work independently and manage external relationships effectively,
• Experience within financial services, professional services, luxury, real estate, international mobility or other relationship-led sectors is beneficial.
