What will your day look like?
As a Brand Innovation Manager you will:
• Support the management and growth of the company’s innovation pipeline by identifying new product and partnership opportunities
• Monitor consumer, category, and marketplace trends to help inform innovation strategy and future product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, packaging, product development, and project management teams to execute innovation initiatives
• Assist in driving the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process for assigned projects and brands
• Evaluate product portfolios and market opportunities, making recommendations for product launches and enhancements
• Conduct ongoing analysis of brand performance, competitive activity, category trends, and consumer insights
• Support research and insight-gathering initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Analyze the profitability and viability of new product concepts, segments, and market opportunities
• Help ensure innovation projects remain on track and aligned with key deliverables and timelines
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and collaborative opportunities
You will be a good fit for the Brand Innovation Manager role if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in brand management, innovation, product marketing, or consumer packaged goods environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives
• Curiosity, creativity, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Experience analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes preferred
