At Rupt, we’re not looking for a traditional account manager.


We’re looking for someone who knows how to build real relationships, take care of customers at a ridiculously high level, and go out and create new opportunities instead of waiting for them to magically appear.


This role is part customer experience, part sales, part problem-solving, part hustle.


You’ll be managing and growing an existing book of business while also opening new doors for Rupt. That means building trust with customers, staying on top of every moving piece, bringing creative ideas to the table, and making sure clients feel taken care of every step of the way.


We move fast here. Really fast. So this role is for someone who thrives in chaos, communicates well under pressure, and actually enjoys juggling a lot at once.


What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Managing customer relationships day-to-day and delivering true white glove service
  • Growing existing accounts through upselling, creative ideation, and strong relationship building
  • Prospecting and opening new doors for Rupt
  • Working closely with distributors, clients, and outside reps on projects from start to finish
  • Creating quotes, processing orders, solving issues, and keeping projects moving
  • Staying insanely organized while handling multiple projects at once
  • Working with our internal team to make sure execution is seamless
  • Representing Rupt at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Being proactive, resourceful, and the kind of person who figures things out instead of waiting around for answers


Who You Are:

  • You’re hungry, competitive, and self-motivated
  • You genuinely care about taking care of customers
  • You’re the type of person who answers the call, solves the problem, and keeps things moving
  • You’re organized as hell and don’t let details slip
  • You know how to build relationships that actually last
  • You’re comfortable hunting for new business and creating opportunities
  • You like fast-paced environments and probably get bored sitting still
  • You want to be part of building something big, not just punching a clock


Experience:

  • 1–3 years in sales, account management, customer service, marketing, or something similar
  • Promo industry experience is great but not required
  • Experience managing projects, customers, or accounts is a huge plus
  • Strong communication skills are a must
