Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in the hot tub industry and a college-level education to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating onboarding, communicating strategic advice, and delivering performance reports to help clients achieve their marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on the hot tub industry.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic advice to meet their needs, including seasonal sales and promotions.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of client projects from inception to completion, including new pages and ads for seasonal sales, onboarding, and special events.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
  • Communicate client requests and changes to internal teams promptly.

Performance Reporting:

  • Analyze and report on client performance metrics, providing regular updates on client satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for client success.
  • Send monthly performance reports and updates on new pages, ads, and seasonal campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Advertising, and Sales, to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Brief internal teams after onboarding calls and provide strategic client insights.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide client feedback and share insights.
  • Communicate CRM & pipeline-related tasks and media buying team requests.
  • Coordinate client tasks related to ad account access, GMB connections, and payment methods.

Coaching & Client Strategy:

  • Gather information during onboarding calls and ensure new clients progress through the onboarding process.
  • Coach clients on strategies and help them with promotions and offers tailored to their needs.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and strategic advice during monthly client calls.
  • Facilitate strategy discussions to align client objectives with marketing efforts.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating appointment scheduling by AI or appointment setters.
  • Send happy holiday emails and other client engagement communications.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college-level education.
  • Previous experience in the hot tub industry is required.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns.
  • Review project statuses and address any immediate issues.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with internal teams on project progress.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss project updates and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
  • Analyze weekly metrics and prepare reports for internal review.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate client accounts to ensure goals are being met.
  • Present monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans for client retention and upsell opportunities.

Quarterly Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic review sessions with clients to assess long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate internal workshops to share client insights and improve service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Retention Rate (% of clients retained annually)
  • Revenue Growth (upsell/cross-sell success)
  • Project Delivery Timeliness (% on-time completion)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and priorities.

  • Marketing Team: Align on campaign strategies and performance.
  • Creative Team: Coordinate on content and design needs for client projects.
  • Sales Team: Identify new opportunities and upsell strategies.
  • Finance Team: Monitor budget compliance and billing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
