Commercial Lines Account Manager JN -042026-175084

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience, strong retention, and seamless policy lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing coverage questions, policy changes, and claims support
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling
• Prepare and manage renewal timelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Market accounts to carriers and obtain competitive quotes when needed
• Review proposals and present coverage options to clients in a clear, consultative manner
• Work closely with underwriters and carrier partners to negotiate terms and resolve issues
• Stay current on carrier appetite, market conditions, and product offerings
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
• Process endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy documentation
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages
• Experience with Applied Epic
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
