The Technology Trainee supports system implementations, process improvements, and technology initiatives that impact business operations. Key Responsibilities
Rotational Learning & Development
- Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across multiple BT functions.
- Develop working knowledge of systems, tools, and processes supporting business operations.
- Apply learned concepts to real-world projects and assignments.
- Assist in providing technical support to end users and internal stakeholders.
- Support project and product activities including requirements gathering, development support, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and business solutions.
- Analyze technical issues and contribute to identifying solutions under guidance from experienced team members.
- Assist in evaluating system performance, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply analytical thinking to support decision-making and project execution.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support standardization and knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand technical and business knowledge.
- Analyzing technical information and supporting solution development
- Prioritizing assigned tasks and managing workload within project timelines
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

- Work is performed with guidance, but increasing autonomy is expected throughout the program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Internship or academic project experience in technology-related fields preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
