VP, SALES VACANCY - LAUNCH


We’re supporting a high-growth space hardware and launch company hiring a VP of Sales to lead their commercial function.

This business is building next-generation in-space transportation technology, designed to reduce time and cost to orbit for satellite operators and government missions.

Location: Onsite in Europe

Type: Full-time

The role:

  • Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic customers across commercial and government sectors
  • Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes through to contract close
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to align customer needs with delivery

What they’re looking for:

  • 10+ years in the space industry (launch, satellite, or adjacent sectors)
  • Strong technical understanding of space missions and customer requirements
  • Proven experience closing high-value, complex deals
  • Established network across commercial, institutional, or defense customers
