We’re supporting a high-growth space hardware and launch company hiring a VP of Sales to lead their commercial function.
This business is building next-generation in-space transportation technology, designed to reduce time and cost to orbit for satellite operators and government missions.
Location: Onsite in Europe
Type: Full-time
The role:
- Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic customers across commercial and government sectors
- Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes through to contract close
- Work closely with internal technical teams to align customer needs with delivery
What they’re looking for:
- 10+ years in the space industry (launch, satellite, or adjacent sectors)
- Strong technical understanding of space missions and customer requirements
- Proven experience closing high-value, complex deals
- Established network across commercial, institutional, or defense customers
