An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Manager to join a high growth international business operating across the engineering and infrastructure space.
Reporting to the CFO, this is a high-impact role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, project analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead monthly management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and financial modelling
- Partner with operational teams on project costing and profitability
- Oversee finance operations, controls, compliance, and reporting
- Support systems improvement (ERP) and finance process optimisation
- Contribute to strategic projects (e.g. M&A), expansion plans, and business growth
Requirements for this Role
- Qualified Accountant with a minimum of c.2 years industry PQE
- Strong financial reporting and commercial finance experience
- Experience in a project-led or fast-paced environment advantageous
- Commercially minded, proactive, and ambitious
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
