Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to lead projects from concept through to completion. This role requires managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet both quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Discuss and define project requirements with clients and ensure alignment with business goals.

2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.

3. Oversee all project phases, from design to production, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

4. Foster strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions to their needs.

5. Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing effective management and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a business or manufacturing environment.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Desirable:

- PMP certification or similar.

- Previous experience in ODM/OEM or technical fields.
