Human Resources Administrative Specialist

The New York State Unified Court System Division of Human Resources is recruiting for (1) position in the Analyst Series. The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected: Senior Court Analyst or Court Analyst. This position will be assigned to the Administrative Unit of the Division of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing appointments.
• Assisting with Ability First 55 (b/c) program management.
• Working with and providing administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director and Management Analyst.
• Assisting with ongoing review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and forms.
• Special projects as assigned throughout the Division of Human Resources including organizing the Student Aide Program.
• Various other administrative duties and occasional travel required.

Qualifications:

Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base Salary: $76,112

Court Analyst: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base Salary: $64,971
