Lead Project Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer to drive technical project execution and serve as the primary liaison between customers, EPCs, and internal engineering teams. In this role, you will lead engineering coordination, manage technical risks and scope changes, support issue resolution, and ensure projects meet customer, schedule, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and EPCs.
• Lead engineering coordination, customer meetings, and design reviews.
• Review contract requirements and manage technical change requests.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and schedule adherence.
• Support engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and field teams.
• Manage engineering budgets and provide project updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Project, Design, or Field Engineering.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.

Preferred

• Customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of GTCC / PLM tools.
• Experience in plant systems, manufacturing, installation, or testing.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
