Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Support Navy Fleet readiness by transforming complex data sets into actionable insights.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and analyze data-rich environments.

• Advise clients on how data can be used to impact education, resources, training, and policies.

• Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare customer data for modeling, including merging, aggregating, and handling anomalies.

• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and KPIs to drive technical outcomes.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment.

• Experience presenting data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

• Experience preparing customer data for models.

• Experience establishing metrics and KPIs.

• Experience applying data visualization.

• Ability to research, develop, and test data methodologies.

• Secret clearance required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
