- Define and builder King Ranch consumer data platform and infrastructure
- Define and execute the customer analytics and data science roadmap aligned with business objectives to drive incremental margin opportunities
- Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, personalization, and forecasting.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and optimization.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement strategies across customer-focused initiatives.
- Drive experimentation and test-and-learn methodologies including an A/B testing, champion challenger framework and causal analysis.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable analytics infrastructure, data models, and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Present strategic insights and business performance updates to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Stay current on emerging trends in analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and customer intelligence technologies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data literacy across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, including leadership experience.
- Proven success leading customer analytics or customer intelligence initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and customer segmentation techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, retention strategies, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Experience working with cloud-based data environments and modern data platforms.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
