Marketing Manager

Austin, Texas | In-Person (3 days/week in office)

We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to own the brand presence for our family of real estate-adjacent companies: 9 Line Loans, 9 Line Agency, 9 Line Connect, and 9 Line Rentals.

We deliver smart mortgage solutions, real estate services, referrals, short-term rental management, and specialized travel support for the military. Our focus is simple: results-driven service that makes life easier for investors, homebuyers, and those who serve.

This is a high-paced, hands-on role. You’ll create content, manage multiple platforms, and keep our brand voice tight and consistent across everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality photography and videography that tells our story authentically.
• Post and engage daily on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok.
• Build and protect brand cohesion so our message of smart decisions, reliability, and service stays strong and unified everywhere.
• Work closely with our video editing team to turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content.
• Drive engagement that builds community and generates real leads and sales.
• Help plan and amplify our weekly in-person events (10–100 people).

Major Pluses

• Experience running Meta ads.
• Event planning background.

What You Bring

• Strong videography and photography skills (portfolio required).
• Experience managing social media across multiple platforms and brands.
• A sharp eye for brand strategy and the ability to keep visuals and messaging consistent.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
• Passion for real estate, investing, or supporting the military community.

Compensation

Base pay of $17–$20 per hour (based on experience) plus uncapped commissions on sales and leads generated through your social media work. This is where the real earning potential comes in.

Location & Details

In-person role at our Austin office – 9185 Research Boulevard. Three days per week in the office required.
