As part of a small and highly effective team embedded within Group Finance, you will support Sonova’s growth agenda through strategic M&A and corporate development activities. You’ll work across functions and geographies to identify opportunities, structure deals, and execute transactions that deliver long-term value. More About The Role


  • Lead or support M&A transactions at Group level, from evaluation to execution
  • Develop business cases and valuation models to assess strategic opportunities
  • Coordinate and lead due diligence activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare management decision papers and presentations for senior leadership
  • Structure deals, including financial and tax considerations, and drive/support the negotiation processes
  • Oversee post-merger transition activities such as business case validation and purchase price allocation (PPA)
  • Ensure consistent monitoring and documentation of the M&A decision-making process


More About You


  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in M&A, corporate development, or transaction advisory
  • Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills
  • Structured, independent thinker with strong business acumen and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or CFA qualification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or related industries is an advantage
  • English language is a must; German, French, Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus
