Business Development Manager – Industrial Semiconductors
Ready to shape the future of power and analog technology across Europe? A global semiconductor leader is expanding its Industrial footprint and is looking for a driven, strategic and customer‑obsessed Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the region.
You’ll be the bridge between Product Lines, Field Sales/FAEs and key Industrial customers, driving design wins, influencing roadmaps, and building deep market insight. Expect plenty of travel, high‑impact conversations, and the chance to steer next‑generation power solutions across Europe.
What you’ll do
- Build and execute strategies to grow Industrial market revenue
- Equip Sales & FAE teams with the tools, insights and product knowledge they need
- Work closely with product groups to align roadmaps with European market needs
- Engage directly with customers to define products, promote roadmaps and secure design wins
- Track Industrial trends and feed intelligence into marketing and product planning
- Support marketing activities, NPI collateral, digital content and tradeshows
- Train and enable distribution partners
What you bring
- 10+ years in semiconductors (technical sales, marketing or business development)
- Strong knowledge of the European Industrial market
- Solid understanding of semiconductor technology and manufacturing
- Power management / analog experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English & German (C1)
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Location
Remote across Central Europe (South Germany preferred)
