Part-time Experts - AI for Managers (B2B, Nebius Academy)
Indexed description
Our programs are designed for working professionals who need to act on AI, not just understand it. We focus on practical adoption, measurable impact, and the kind of judgment that comes from experience — helping individuals and teams lead change, not react to it.
Our mission is to equip business professionals with the knowledge and frameworks to make smart AI decisions, drive adoption across their organizations, and become leaders in the new era of work.
Who are we looking for?
We are building a talent pool of experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts for our AI for Managers course.
AI for Managers is a practical program designed for business leaders who need to make real decisions about AI — how to adopt it, how to lead their teams through it, and how to measure its impact. The course covers AI strategy, change management, governance, and hands-on application across business functions.
We Recruit Across Three Role Types
Instructors deliver the AI for Managers curriculum live — facilitating sessions, handling Q&A, and adapting content to their audience. They have proven experience training managers and business leaders, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to explain AI in simple, decision-oriented language without technical jargon.
Authors design and write the learning materials for AI for Managers — building frameworks, case studies, and structured content tailored to non-technical, managerial audiences. They bring 7+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or IT/business leadership, and have hands-on experience leading AI implementation initiatives.
Subject Matter Experts combine deep domain expertise with the ability to both create curriculum and deliver it live. They bring 7+ years working with C-level stakeholders on AI and digital transformation, have led end-to-end AI adoption across cross-functional organizations, and can serve as authoritative voices for senior, skeptical audiences.
What sets our experts apart is the ability to translate real-world AI implementation experience into learning that sticks — for audiences who are already senior, already busy, and already skeptical of hype.
These are Talent Pool positions — we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. There may not be an immediate opening at the time you apply, but strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise.
You can join us on a part-time basis (10–15 hours per week) as an instructor leading live sessions, a course author creating learning materials, or a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development.
