About the Client: Our client is a rapidly scaling creative performance agency producing high-volume ad campaigns for global brands. They focus on result-driven content and winning creative strategies.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager ensures the creative pipeline runs flawlessly. You will handle all backend operations, managing creators, editors, deadlines, assets, approvals, reminders, and automations - so strategists can focus solely on growth and strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full 21-day cycle for each client (Week 1: strategy setup, Week 2: creator shoots, Week 3: edits & delivery).

- Keep creators and editors on track with daily follow-ups.

- Convert onboarding forms into organized tasks in Notion.

- Maintain Slack channels with timely updates.

- Assign cuts, track revisions, and update Frame.io statuses.

- Set up simple automations in Zapier and Slack to remove manual tasks.

- Organize raw files, final files, thumbnails, and versions.

- Send client updates and flag blockers quickly.

- Maintain Notion databases, pipelines, statuses, and SOPs.

- Recruit creators, confirm shoot dates, chase product delivery, and manage briefs.

- Keep a todays plan overview for the team.

Qualifications:

- Strong agency or creative operations experience.

- Comfortable managing high-volume video production.

- Excellent written English.

- Proficient in Slack, Notion, Frame.io, Google Drive.

- Basic Zapier skills or willingness to learn quickly.

- Obsessed with organization and follow-through.

- Able to handle pressure and stay calm.

Bonus:

- Experience with UGC creators.

- Familiarity with ad creative structures (hooks, cuts, versions).

- Experience working Manila-based with AU or US time zones.

- Can build automations independently.
