- Strategic Planning & Business Ownership
Define clear brand strategy, patient journey, and value proposition aligned with market dynamics and organizational goals
Translate strategy into actionable and measurable plans with strong execution rigor
- Cross-functional Leadership
Ensure early alignment and continuous communication to drive effective decision-making and execution
Proactively identify risks and drive solutions across stakeholders
- KOL Engagement & Medical Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs to ensure aligned communication and evidence generation strategy
Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in oncology ecosystem
- Agile Marketing & Execution Excellence
Lead key marketing initiatives including campaigns, events (MB), and multi-channel engagement
Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong logic, structure, and business impact
- Financial Planning & OPEX Management
Monitor business performance and optimize resource allocation to maximize impact
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and financial compliance
Qualifications
Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus
2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with solid tumor experience preferred
Proven track record in strategic planning (LRP/AOP) and brand management
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to think structurally, define problems, and drive solutions independently
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
