Requirements

- Own design outcome on complex product areas, from discovery to delivery - Run research and validation activities, and turn insights into product decisions - Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across platforms - Partner with product and engineering to create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility - Use data, research, and design judgment to improve outcomes - Contribute to consistency through patterns, components, and design system practices - Communicate decisions clearly through rationale, storytelling, and evidence - Contribute to design quality through collaboration and feedback Benefits
