Senior Product Marketing Manager – AI & HRSD

Summary

We are seeking an experienced contractor to lead messaging, positioning, and field-facing narratives for the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product portfolio. This role will translate complex AI product capabilities into compelling customer stories and create executive presentations, sales content, and enablement materials that drive customer engagement and field adoption.

Ideal candidates bring a blend of product marketing, storytelling, and content development expertise, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and build impactful narratives. Strong visual storytelling skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Figma, Keynote, or similar tools are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, positioning, and narratives for AI-driven HRSD products
• Translate technical AI concepts into business-focused value propositions
• Create executive presentations, sales decks, EBC content, one-pagers, FAQs, and field materials
• Build enablement assets including launch decks, talk tracks, and training content
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and enablement teams to drive message alignment

Required Qualifications

• Experience with product messaging, positioning, and narrative development for AI or SaaS products
• Strong presentation and visual storytelling skills
• Experience creating sales enablement and customer-facing content
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
