Description As the Marketing Manager for Ireland, you will plan, manage and deliver effective marketing activities & support to our key service leaders (Assurance, Tax, Corporate Finance, Business Finance & Financial Services) and colleagues across regional offices leading brand awareness and engagement across key markets in Ireland. If successful this role has the potential to build a new Marketing team and Marketing investment in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Be the primary stakeholder manager for HMP and AMPs across Xeinadin Ireland ensuring the value generation of the Marketing team aligns with Partner expectations.
Attend and lead on ensuring all HMP and AMP understand the marketing teams activity, results and outputs on a regular basis.
Develop and deliver the Marketing Plans for Ireland across service, industry and local markets.
Develop and create regional and local collateral to promote our services in the region.
Plan and support the management of events and webinars.
Prepare tailored pitch and tender documents for high value service tenders.
Manage and support PR campaigns and drive results.
Maintain and support the management of local client and prospect contact databases and manage local email marketing campaigns.
Develop content to drive local and national marketing messaging and brand awareness.
Develop and ensure delivery of all activities related and agreed within the marketing plans.
Complete local marketing resource requests submitted by the regions ensuring timely follow-up and sign off.
Regularly attend office meetings to represent Marketing being the go-to support for local marketing requests
Key Requirements Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional services or equivalent B2B environment.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing including web, SEO, UX, GA, LLMs and GEO.
Previous demonstrable experience in regional and national marketing initiatives.
An excellent understanding of PowerPoint and other presentation software.
Experience with email marketing software and database management.
Experience managing and creating content particularly supporting tender proposals for high value opportunities.
Additional Requirements Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Able to prioritise tasks effectively whilst being flexible to meet deadlines.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to get involved.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A real passion for social media and digital media channels.
