Location: On-site, Tulsa, OK | Monday–Thursday, 9 am–5 pm
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 DOE + commissions on upsells and new clients

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who can independently own larger client relationships and drive them forward. You are the frontline, the first voice clients hear, and the last set of eyes on every deliverable that leaves the building.
This isn't just a relationship management role. You are a strategic partner to your clients and an internal leader who connects the dots between business objectives, creative execution, and measurable outcomes. You bring calm to complexity, clarity to ambiguity, and accountability to every project.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationships & Strategy:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication and meetings
- Build long-term partnerships where clients feel heard, valued, and consistently served
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies and present them confidently to audiences ranging from marketing coordinators to CMOs
- Lead dashboard review meetings, surfacing insights, and connecting performance data to client goals
- Assist with proposal creation and strategy development alongside business development and strategy teams
Execution & Project Management:
- Conduct QA/QC on all deliverables before they reach the client; you are the standard-bearer
- Write detailed briefs for creative, development, social, and digital marketing teams
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and oversee projects from kickoff through final delivery
- Manage tickets, change orders, and billing to ensure projects stay on scope and invoices reflect actuals
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Serve as a go-to resource for junior and mid-level AEs on process, client challenges, and professional growth
- Mentor through real account work, building skills in communication, briefing, presentation, and strategic thinking
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and client insights freely, because a stronger team means better outcomes for everyone
What You Bring:
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in an account executive or senior account role; agency experience strongly preferred
- Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channels: websites, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, email, and content
- Fluency in performance metrics: impressions, conversions, CAC, LTV, ROAS, lead-to-close ratio, and similar KPIs
- Exceptional communicator; you know how to own a room and write a tight brief
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball
- A natural leader who earns trust quickly, operates with urgency and integrity, and makes the people around you better
