Requirements

- 9+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction analytics, public accounting, or a related professional services environment. - In-depth knowledge of quality of earnings methodologies, net working capital analyses, EBITDA normalization, and financial statement evaluation in an M&A context. - Demonstrated experience managing FDD engagements and workstreams for private equity and corporate clients, with increasing responsibility for team leadership and client relationships. - Proficiency with analytics and data platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Excel, or Snowflake, and the ability to apply these tools within a transaction context. - Proven ability to independently manage project teams, resolve engagement-level issues, and deliver high-quality client deliverables under tight timelines. - Track record of building and developing strong client relationships, with early-stage experience contributing to business development and proposal efforts.
