- Proven success leading transformation and improving recruiting performance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business outcomes
- Executive presence and the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, analytics, and emerging recruiting technologies
