We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative who thrives in a high activity environment and is excited to grow with a fast moving company.
Outbound Prospecting
Make a high volume of outbound calls and outreach activities each day to engage decision makers and generate qualified meetings for clients.
Manage Multiple Campaigns
Work across several client accounts at once while staying organized, focused, and consistent in execution.
Lead Qualification
Identify and qualify prospects to ensure they align with each client’s target market, goals, and buying criteria.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions to support effective follow ups and smooth handoffs to the sales team.
Collaborate With the Team
Work closely with teammates and leadership to improve messaging, optimize outreach strategies, and share market insights.
- Motivated, resilient, and self driven
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented and motivated by performance targets
- Organized and detail focused
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting
- Available to work in office 4 days per week in Vancouver
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- On target earnings of $85,000 to $95,000
