Meet Monica Stipinovich

Monica is our Production Manager, based in Perth. Her speciality is production planning; maximising how we cut our meat ready for sale in the many different markets we sell to around the world.

Monica studied Animal Science at university with the hope of one day becoming a vet. However, while at uni, she started working at a feedlot in her summer breaks. She fell in love with the ag industry and never looked back, going on to complete her honours in meat science.

At Harmony, Monica’s role has evolved over the years and to her credit, she now manages most of Harmony’s production.

“I’ve learnt a lot at Harmony. It feels like we’re a family – we have good relationships with each other. I’m a Fremantle girl, but I also enjoy going to Melbourne when I can to catch up with everyone, see customers or go to a conference.”

And her favourite cut? She thinks the striploin is underrated and has a good flavour!
