We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI software company that is building enterprise-scale platforms focused on intelligent automation, large-scale data systems, and AI-driven workflows.

The company is hiring senior engineering leaders across multiple teams, including:

• AI & Applied ML
• Full Stack Product Engineering
• Integration & Platform Infrastructure

Depending on your background and interests, this opportunity may be structured as either:

• a highly hands-on Tech Lead role (pure IC), or
• a hybrid Tech Lead Manager role combining technical leadership with people management responsibilities.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications
• Developing backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and real-time processing systems
• Building modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript
• Creating AI-powered workflows, LLM-based systems, and intelligent automation capabilities
• Developing integrations, webhook infrastructure, and synchronization pipelines across external platforms
• Driving architecture decisions, code quality, observability, reliability, and performance optimization
• Partnering closely with Product, Design, Data, and Platform teams in a fast-moving startup environment

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems at scale
• Strong experience with modern backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments is highly preferred
• Ability to operate in highly technical, fast-paced, and ownership-driven environments

Additional Experience That Could Be Relevant

• React, TypeScript, frontend architecture
• AI/ML systems, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows
• Integration platforms, ETL pipelines, webhooks, event-driven systems
• PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, streaming infrastructure
• CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, performance optimization
• Engineering leadership, mentorship, and team management
