About the Opportunity
A highly respected and client-focused wealth management firm is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize internal operations while helping deliver a best-in-class client experience. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting leadership, managing operational teams, improving internal processes, and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operational functions across client service, new business processing, and office administration
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, operations teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization
- Oversee quality assurance, productivity metrics, and KPI reporting
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems and operational workflows
- Support resolution of client service issues and ensure a high-touch client experience
- Manage and develop operations team members through coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship
- Ensure operational compliance and oversee maintenance of operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate internal meetings, reporting, and leadership presentations
- Assist with technology-related operational initiatives and vendor management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of operations leadership experience
- Prior experience managing teams and cross-functional workflows
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-focused environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong systems and technology proficiency including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Financial services experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work onsite in Worthington, OH
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

Compensation: Base Salary Up to $120,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
