We’re looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our client’s technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of a modern workforce and planning platform. In this position, you will combine technical leadership with hands-on development, helping to evolve a scalable application while guiding a distributed development team. Role & Responsibilities

As Lead .NET Developer, you will take ownership of the technical direction and quality of the platform while contributing directly to development.

  • Technical leadership: Guide and mentor a nearshore development team, supporting their growth and ensuring high development standards
  • Architecture & design: Translate the product roadmap into a robust and scalable software architecture and further refine the application design
  • Quality assurance: Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and clear development standards and best practices
  • Full-stack development: Contribute to development across the modern .NET ecosystem, including APIs, backend services, and front-end development with Blazor, as well as mobile components in a MAUI environment
  • Strategic collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and analysts to evaluate technical decisions, identify potential risks, and ensure sustainable solutions

Ideal Profile

Our client is looking for a technically strong professional who combines development expertise with leadership capabilities.

  • Solid experience as a Developer, Senior .NET Engineer, or Technical Lead
  • Strong knowledge of the modern .NET stack (including .NET 7+), Blazor, and mobile development frameworks
  • Experience with software architecture, application design, and modern development principles
  • Experience leading or collaborating with remote or external development teams is considered a plus
  • Strong focus on clean code, maintainability, scalability, and performance
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch
