Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Intelligence Analyst based in Newark, NJ, with flexibility to work remotely at times. The Business Intelligence Analyst will design and implement data-driven strategies, build dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across various business functions. Responsibilities include analyzing data trends, creating business intelligence tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions. The role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, meaningful insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing complex datasets and deriving actionable insights
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and the ability to design efficient, scalable data models
• Experience with creating Dashboards and using Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Looking for deep expertise in one tool and high level proficiency in the other
• Background in Business Analysis to understand and translate business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL or other query languages is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience with a hybrid work environment and ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting
