Inside Sales Representative

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing outstanding support to our clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
• Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new business
• Provide product information, price quotes, and order status updates to customers
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred, not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Pay Rate: $50,000- $65,000
