Digital & IT Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Team Lead

We’re hiring: Digital & IT Team Lead – Endpoint VDI Operations at Parker Hannifin

Parker Hannifin is seeking a hands-on, people-focused leader to join our Corporate Endpoint Operations team and lead the day-to-day operation of our global Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) services and related endpoint solutions.

This is a working manager role for someone who can lead a small distributed team while also contributing directly to planning, troubleshooting, execution, and continuous improvement. The role supports Parker’s global VDI and virtual application environment, including Citrix, RDS, and our new global standard, Dizzion Frame.

We’re looking for a leader who can:

• Lead and develop a small global team of employees and contractors

• Drive accountability, service quality, and operational excellence

• Oversee VDI operations, service delivery, standards, and documentation

• Coordinate projects, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Partner effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers

• Support secure, reliable, high-performing virtual desktop and application services across the enterprise

Ideal candidates will bring:

• 8+ years of IT experience

• 5+ years of people leadership experience

• Experience in VDI or related end-user compute environments

• Broad infrastructure knowledge across endpoint, virtualization, security, identity, and operations

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
